distinct from the most luxurious hotels in the world. 948313980 I have stayed in the best 5-7 star hotels around the world, but Sofitel Downtown Dubai was distinct from the most luxurious hotels in the world. After arriving to saudi Arabia i found that my son has forgotten his favourite jacket (from George Armani) in the lobby on the day of arrival April 12. I contacted the hotel staff about the jacket, and they found the jacket. Not only that, but the hotel staff made a clear effort within a few days to secure the delivery of the jacket to me from Dubai to Saudi Arabia. Thank you Sofitel Downtown Dubai for the excellent staff which make you distinct among others. Special thanks to: CONCIERGE Sdd Emely.FAITH@sofitel.com I truly appreciate all of the help provided. Absolutely amazing hotel! Extremely close to Dubai mall. Beautiful rooms with stunning views of down tian and Burj Khalifa. Rooftop pool again with views of Burj Khalifa. Very friendly staff. Boujee lobby. Perfect location. 10/10 - highly recommended.

Great support with refund request

I have stayed here four times and have no complaints. This review is to highlight the support I got from Islam at check-in. I ran into an issue where I had to change my dates and the booking on Expedia did not allow for changes. After a lot of back and forth with their support team I gave up and made another reservation. During check-in, I was assisted by Islam who once he noticed there were two reservations under my name went above and beyond to get me a refund on the now obsolete booking. I am extremely grateful for his help and patience. Thank you
